Game Showcase Overview
Formerly E3, now Geoff Keighley's Summer of Games, is the week filled with the biggest trailers and announcements in the industry. Packed with daily livestreams, it can be hard to keep track of every showcase that's happening.
What started as a simple image shared among friends quickly grew into an online tool as it became clear there was wider interest. The move also allowed various quality-of-life changes, like adding links to the streams, auto-highlighting peoples timezones, and adding a directly embeddable link for third parties (used above).
It's been used and shared by major streamers, showcases, and gamedevelopers, including Frosty Games Fest, LAG Showcase, Women-Led Games Showcase, SMG Studio (Lego Party!, Moving Out), and Tinyware Games (Misc. A Tiny Tale).
