At Leisure Expert Group, one of the projects I worked on was This Is Holland. The I-Ride in TIH was created based on CAD-files provided by the ride supplier. For the VR Visualization, a high-detail but lower poly model was needed, for an I-Ride with 4 seat bays (2 floors of 2 units). Also included in the model was the round dome used to project the video on.

Since the model would be viewed in VR but from predetermined locations, the highest polycount can be found in the machinery behind the seats. This would be full in view when standing in multiple of the needed locations. The dome is fully UV mapped to the 180 degree video files, allowing us to test the video content in VR before the ride was operational.
